The average Brit juggles six different tasks, reminders, and responsibilities
A poll of 2,000 adults found 44% use calendar reminders, while 39% say the constant task list makes them feel more in control.
A recent Samsung poll of 2,000 adults found that 51 per cent of Brits often feel they have too many things to keep track of every day.
Mental strain begins early, as the average person gets only nine minutes of peace before daily tasks intrude; Millennials feel this most, with 57 per cent reporting 'too many tabs syndrome.'
Outside of work, never-ending lists of household jobs and finances leave people feeling stretched, while 42 per cent struggle with appointments.
To manage these tasks, 44 per cent of people rely on calendar reminders to 'close a few tabs,' while others handwrite lists or use phone notes .
Annika Bizon, Samsung UK and Ireland director, noted that people carry never-ending mental lists; Samsung launched the Galaxy S26 with AI tools including Now Brief and Now Nudge to help.
