The original regulation from 2022 assumed that some heat generators, e.g. traditional electric boilers would no longer be allowed with the new year, and according to the responsible minister Jože Novak, the amended act is more lifestyle and technologically neutral.
Jože Novak is convinced that we ourselves are aware enough to decide on the appropriate devices.
The Minister of Natural Resources and Spatial Affairs, Jože Novak, explained that the state will not interfere in any way with the existing buildings. The restriction will only apply to designers of new buildings.
