In the continuation of the joint action of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, members of the RS Ministry of Interior and the BIA, two more people were arrested, a total of eight people, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "preparing an act against the constitutional order and security of Serbia".
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security and Information Agency, acting on the orders of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office (VJP) in Belgrade, have so far arrested six people on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "Preparing an act against the constitutional order and security of Serbia" in connection with the criminal offense of "Calling for a violent change of the constitutional order".
The suspects have been ordered to be detained for up to 48 hours, during which time they will be brought in for questioning, and the operation is still ongoing.
