The General Staff in Kiev announced that drones of the Ukrainian Army's Unmanned Systems Forces attacked a radar factory in Russia, used in drones and missiles that regularly shell Ukrainian territory. "The means of destruction have reached the target area. The results of the attack are being determined," it was reported on Saturday.

On the night of 5 July, the defence forces struck the Russian military plant "VNIIR Progress" in the city of Cheboksara, the capital of the Republic of Chuwashia, located some 975 kilometres from the border with Ukraine; the VPC site is producing "Cometa" antenna bars for the Russian army and has informed the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
