On 2 June 2025, Monsignor Guy de Kerimel appointed Dominique Spina, Chancellor and Episcopal Delegate for Marriages in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne). This abbot was convicted and convicted in 2005 of rape and sexual assault in the diocese of Bayonne on a 16-year-old minor. His victim, now nearly 50 years old, denounces the impunity granted to the priest.
