More than 300 women from the Antofagasta Region expanded their work horizons this year, benefiting from different programs of the Training Route “Pride of the North” of Antofagasta Minerals. Recently, eighty of them began new learning paths in profiles that today have a high demand in the industry, which were also raised through a collaborative work with the collaborating companies of the Mining Group and that addresses their recruitment needs.
