BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - Testimony began today in the retrial of the Pennsylvania man accused of setting the fire that killed a Binghamton teenager 14 years ago. Jeremiah Raub of New Milford, P-A is charged with felony murder and arson in the death of 17 year-old Jeffrey Aissa on March 17th, 2011.
