Test results of chemical spill in Warren drain show no threat to the public
Summary by Ground News
Officials said the Bear Creek drain in Warren on Monday was running clear again. A water line at the closed Fini-Finish Metal Finishing electroplating shop on Mound Road burst last week and released about 580,000 gallons of water and chemicals into the city's storm sewers. Copper was the only contaminant to test above standards designed to protect aquatic life.
