- One Hebei owner reported severe collapse after 9,000 km during a fully loaded trip, while a Shanghai driver noted extreme sagging after nearly 30,000 km. Some argue spring replacements offer only temporary fixes, with one user reporting a second collapse just ten days after service.
- While Tesla replaces springs under warranty, owners must cover costs for prematurely worn tyres caused by alignment issues. Some users claim service centers refused further replacements, stating they have no final solution.
