Terrifying video shows an unconscious boater speeding toward docked ferries before his vessel slams into rocks

A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of boating under the influence in Washington state earlier this month. The man’s vessel narrowly avoided a collision with two ferries before slamming into an embankment. The incident was caught on camera near the Steilacoom Ferry Dock, south of Tacoma, in the southern Puget Sound.
