TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— A large crowd at Thursday night's meeting of the Terre Haute City Council. A lot of people were there to talk about a proposed housing development in Terre Haute. Brickyard Estates and Paddock at the Park is a proposed $70 million project by Gibson Development.
