Havana, 20 Jul (RHC) The Antonio Guiteras Thermoelectric Power Plant (CTE) of the western province of Matanzas, the largest and most efficient unit block in Cuba, came out this Sunday unexpectedly from the National Electrical System (SEN) due to a breakdown in the boiler area, which is expected to be solved in a period of about 72 hours.
