The trial of Bojan Petan, the president of the board of directors of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and director of Terme Čatež, and three co-defendants for alleged abuse of power in the privatization of Terme Čatež, ended today at the Koper District Court, 12 years after the initial investigations. District judge Meri Mikac acquitted all four, while the prosecution announced an appeal.
The verdict is not yet final, and the prosecution has announced an appeal.
