Defending champions Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini defeated Mirra Andreeva and Diana Shnaider to return to the Internazionali BNL d'Italia final -- where Paolini has the opportunity to become the first player to lift both singles and doubles trophies since Monica Seles in 1990.
