A large pile of household waste is alight at the site on Transport Avenue. The London Fire Brigade was called just before a quarter to four, with crews from Richmond, Heston, Chiswick and other nearby stations sent to the scene. The cause of the fire is not yet known.

London Fire Brigade have sent ten fire engines and around 70 firefighters to a fire at a waste facility on Transport Avenue, Brentford.
