At Least Five Members of the Same Family Killed in Russia Missile Attack, Zelensky Says
Rescuers pulled six family members from the rubble, while eight people were wounded in the strike, local officials said.
On Thursday, July 30, a Russian Iskander-M ballistic missile struck a private home in Radushne, Dnipropetrovsk, killing multiple people and wounding eight others.
Artem Voronov, 47, and Olena Voronov, 41, were killed when the strike directly hit their residence, along with at least four of their children.
Victims included 17-year-old Mark, studying to become a railway worker in Kryvyi Rih, alongside siblings Dominika, Viorika, Zakharii, Azarii Ilai, Federika, and Emilia.
Rescuers pulled a neighbor and her two children from the rubble and hospitalized them; the neighbor remains in serious condition after the explosion.
As rescue operations continue, the surviving children of The Voronovs face an uncertain future; one son serves in the army while others remain abroad.
