Shelter-in-place lifted in San Ramon following gas line leak
(KRON) -- The San Ramon Police Department issued a shelter-in-place Thursday morning after a gas line was ruptured, according to authorities. The line was clamped by responding utility crews and the shelter-in-place was lifted at 11:34 a.m. The gas line was ruptured by a construction crew in the area of Camino Ramon and Executive Parkway, police said at 10:30 a.m. PG&E responded to the scene to shut off the gas and evaluate the leak.
