Teen Driver Cited After Crashing Pickup Into Embankment on Route 28

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) — An 18-year-old Canton man was cited for driving at an unsafe speed following a single-vehicle crash on Route 28 in Rose Township, according to a release from Pennsylvania State Police.
