RICHMOND, Va. -- A teenager has been arrested in a shooting that left a man dead and another critically injured early Sunday morning along West Broad Street in downtown Richmond, Virginia. Richmond Police were called to the 300 block of West Broad Street just after 3:20 a.m. for a report of a person shot.
