Residents of the municipality of Tecate have been suffering the consequences of strong winds since 10:00 AM this Friday. According to a weather alert issued yesterday by the Municipal Coordination of Civil Protection and Firefighters, the winds are expected to reach speeds of up to 63 kilometers per hour.
