VONORE, Tenn. (WATE) — A Monroe County man was found safe after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a Silver Alert for him on Sunday. At 1:42 p.m., the TBI reported that James Garren, 89, was missing and said he may be traveling in a 2007 white Cadillac Escalade EXT with a Tennessee tag C574UT.
