Taylor Farms recalls jalapeno products over salmonella concerns

- Consumers are urged to discard products with "Best If Used By" dates through Aug. 16, with refunds available at purchase locations for items sold at Trader Joe locations.
- As of Sunday, Taylor Farms reported no illnesses linked to the recalled products and has stopped sourcing from the identified grower while transitioning to alternative suppliers.
- The Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are investigating the multistate outbreak, following Taylor Farms' recent voluntary withdrawal of iceberg lettuce from a separate contamination concern.
