Tallulah mayor Charles Finlayson steps down - The Vicksburg Post

TALLULAH — Tallulah mayor Charles Finlayson has resigned from his post, he announced Wednesday. Finlayson submitted his letter of resignation to the Louisiana Secretary of State and it was effective as of the close of business on Wednesday. In his announcement, Finlayson cited health conditions as his reason for stepping down. Finlayson served on the Tallulah city council for 33 years before being elected mayor in 2019.
