Takeshi Taguchi Appointed to Nishinomiya City Board of education... "I Want to Repay Even a Little of the Kindness I Received for Raising Me"

[Yomiuri Shimbun] On the 17th, the Nishinomiya City Council in Hyogo Prefecture approved a proposal to appoint Takeshi Taguchi (56), a resident of the city and former professional baseball player for the Orix Buffaloes, as the new city board of education. The term of office will be four years, starting from October 1st. Taguchi is a native of the city and played for the Orix Buffaloes in professional baseball in 1992.
