To welcome the Christmas season, the square in front of the Taitung County Government was lit up on the evening of December 3rd with a pink Christmas tree symbolizing love and warmth. The tree was specially decorated with shovels to pay tribute to the "Shovel Superman" who went to Hualien Guangfu to assist in disaster relief and recovery, and also to convey the power of love and hope.
