Tails wagged with excitement during first ever Rovers on the River Pet Walk

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) - Tails wagged and pups barked with excitement at the first ever Rovers on the River Pet Walk on Saturday, a new event added to the Ogden Wellness Weekend.
