At approximately 8:21am, there was a fault experienced at the Ojoe Rd 12kV feeder out of the Sangre Grande Sub Station. At the time, the area was experiencing heavy wind gusts and torrential rainfall. Subsequent checks revealed a fallen communication cell tower, which resulted in downed power lines in the vicinity of Graham and Katwaroo
