On the 27th, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW, headquarters: The Hague, Netherlands) published an investigation report concluding that the chemical weapons attack that occurred in April 2018 in the East Ghouta district Douma near the Syrian capital Damascus during the civil war was carried out by the Assad administration forces.
