During sporadic operations on the Syrian-Lebanese border, since the beginning of September, the Syrian Arab Army border guard forces have been able to seize quantities of narcotics and arrest a number of smugglers.
The Syrian Ministry of Defence's Department of Information and Communication announced that, since the beginning of September, the Syrian Army's border guard forces had seized quantities of narcotics during sporadic operations on the Syrian border. The Department explained, in a statement by the Sana'a agency, that seizures included some 32 kilograms of cannabis, as well as some 194,000 capagon pills.
