Syracuse sex offender used Snapchat to get explicit pictures from minors, prosecutors said

Syracuse, N.Y. — A Syracuse man who offered money to children on a social media app for sexually explicit pictures pleaded guilty Tuesday to receiving child pornography, prosecutors said.
