Last Saturday, Swiss carried out its first passenger flight with an Airbus A350. As the Lufthansa subsidiary announced, it used the new aircraft on the connection from Zurich to Palma de Mallorca. In the coming weeks, the aircraft will be operated on European short-haul routes before it is expected to be used on the long-haul route from Zurich to Boston from 20 November.
