The Tis Hazari Court in Delhi denied Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar's bail plea for a second time. He has been alleged of assaulting Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. Kumar was arrested on May 18 after an FIR was filed on May 16 for various offenses. The court had ordered Kumar on May 31 to 14-day judicial custody for a thorough investigation and to prevent interference with evidence or witnesses.
