MERRILLVILLE, Ind. — A man was arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase with a 1-year-old in Merrillville. At around noon Thursday, officers attempted a traffic stop on Jarrell Ford, 40, near his residence in the 7000 block of Polk Street in Merrillville.
