Niagara Falls Police were assigned to routine patrol around 6:40pm on August 13th when they observed a vehicle traveling southbound on Lockport Street and Ontario Avenue. Officers clearly observed the driver of the vehicle and identified him as Trevor Thompson. Officers were aware that Thompson had 3 active warrants for his arrest.
