MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Police are searching for a man who stole 16 product shipping racks worth $3,200 from a Dollar General in Frayser on Wednesday. On April 23, at 12:45 p.m., officers responded to the theft in the 3600 block of North Watkins Street.
