Marshals arrest Pa. man accused of killing firefighter, burning her body in the road
A man police say killed a volunteer firefighter and then left her body burning in the middle of a Luzerne County road has been arrested. Terrance Leroy Ray, 55, of Hazelton, is accused of killing Jessica Lockwood, 39, of Frackville, Schuylkill County. He is charged with homicide, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence.
