Prague - More than half of customers are struggling with insufficient capacity of delivery boxes, which results in the need to choose another delivery point or unwanted redirection of their shipment elsewhere. According to five percent of users, the problem of insufficient capacity is constant. This is according to this year's survey by the ResponseNow agency, which included 1,023 respondents.
