Professor claimed that his intention was to force students to leave, within the quota plan approved by the college to avoid contagions, through the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Supreme Court of Justice recalls that two of the episodes took place after the professor, who had previously been disciplined, had been informed of a mother's claim, a persistence which "encouraged the seriousness of the whole of her conduct".
According to the decision of 15 October, today consulted by Lusa, the STJ points out that the teacher had that behavior four times, when the dancers were being used by students from the 6th and 8th years of school, with ages between 11 and 14 years of age. It adds that the students were preparing for the following classes, "as soon as it was expected they were to refresh themselves or change their clothes, what the teacher could not ignore".
