Summary by AM 1100 The Flag WZFG
(ST PAUL, MINN) – The Minnesota Supreme Court has ruled that Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s writ of special election in House District 40B ‘was issued prematurely.’ In an order filed Friday, the state’s high court ordered the special election set for the House District 40B be canceled and any absentee ballots either already cased, or delivered or mailed to Ramsey County, must not be counted for any future election for House District 40B.
