Vancouver council approves 250-room floating hotel on downtown waterfront

- Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre chairman Graham Clarke noted the city has "lost a significant number of hotel rooms to redevelopment." Sunborn targets 2027 operations, "if approvals are achieved expeditiously.
