- Hanson Police Department initiated an investigation last week into reports of sexual assaults and child sexual abuse material, with Massachusetts State Police, Middleborough, and Halifax police now involved in the multi-agency effort.
- Kielczweski is held on $250,000 bail pending Monday arraignment in Plymouth District Court, facing charges including trafficking persons under 18 for sexual servitude and multiple counts of rape of a child aggravated by a 10-year age difference.
- The Suffolk County Sheriff's Office announced it took "swift and decisive action to indefinitely suspend" Kielczweski, stating "the charges against Officer Kielczweski are extremely serious and deeply disturbing."
- Hired as a correction officer in July 2015, Kielczweski earned $112,620 last year and received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for 2024 holiday service, according to Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz.
