Subjects kidnapped a minor in Chalco Valley in front of their parents; they give them 70 years in prison

In the municipality of Valle de Chalco, State of Mexico, they were on board a motorcycle with their underage daughter, but they were intercepted by three people, who kidnapped her in front of them.
