Romanian mothers are having a hard time returning to work. Some for the sake of their children, others because of their employers. A study involving 700 women from all over the country shows that almost half of them are afraid to explain to employers why they have a gap in their CV. Not because they don't have a good reason, but because they are afraid of appearing less valuable professionally.
