Student charged with second-degree homicide in death of cyclists

Seventeen-year-old Peyton Elizabeth Horn has been charged with two counts of second-degree misdemeanor homicide by vehicle in the deaths of two senior bicyclists, Barbara Gosa and Gayle Price. Both Gosa and Price were struck and killed on March 13. The accident occurred outside of Americus on Tommy Hooks Road on a straightaway approaching Bradey Road.
