Hermosillo, Sonora; November 23, 2025.- With the firm commitment to continue consolidating better opportunities in Sonora, Governor Alfonso Durazo Montaño has allocated an unprecedented budget to strengthen education in the entity, increasing the resource for the education sector to 30,617 million pesos, and strengthening public universities with a 5.5 percent increase in the amount to be exercised in 2026.
