Streets Are Flattened in the Zaragoza Colony

Ciudad Juárez.- The Municipal Board of Water and Sanitation (JMAS) and the Secretariat of Communications and Public Works (SCOP) started a program of flattening of earth streets, now in the Zaragoza colony.
