Street in Horizon blocked off after 'serious traffic collision' causes gas leak

UPDATE: According to Horizon City Police Department, officers received a call of a collision at 11:34 am to 1400 block of Katherine Dr. When officials arrived they found a vehicle had crashed into an empty car that was parked in a resident's driveway, and then struck a gas medium causing a leak, officials say.
