Street Friendship Pingtung County Government and Pingtung Veterans General Association launch medical outreach services for the homeless

The Pingtung County Government has combined public and private resources such as the Pingtung Veterans General Hospital, the Kaohsiung Tzu-Lian Social Welfare Foundation, and the Pingtung Railway Station.
