Streamwood residents asked to avoid area surrounding police activity

Residents of Streamwood were asked to avoid part of the suburban area amid police activity Wednesday evening. Around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Village of Streamwood Public Safety advised residents to avoid the area of Elizabeth Drive and Yellowstone Drive due to police activity in the area in a post on social media.
