After Bordeaux and Toulouse, the company Ionaka installed an aeroponic farm on the ground of the UltraEdge data center in Strasbourg. A first in Alsace. Thanks to this vertical cultivation above ground, the company hopes to vegetate abandoned urban spaces while producing fresh fruits and vegetables in the heart of the city.
